The Truckee Middle School Ed Spec Committee has the responsibility of drafting an ed spec document for projects that have, or will, happen at the site.  The ed spec describes the educational program that the project will be designed to.  This document is used by the project architect to define the needs the building must be designed to meet.  The committee typically stays involved after the document is completed and receive regular updates on the project.  The committee has been at work for a number of years on the Truckee Middle School Project.
