  • Welcome to Truckee Elementary School! We are a diverse neighborhood school serving students in Transitional K - fifth grades. Our staff, community, and students work together to encourage responsibility, integrity and an enthusiasm for learning. Our primary mission is to provide a quality educational program to all students in a safe, caring and supportive environment.

    We are dedicated to maximizing a learning experience for each and every child across content areas, and we have an exceptional intention to and expertise in providing literacy instruction and learning opportunities for all of our students at all levels.

  • TTUSD’s Chief Learning Officer Robert Leri joins State Superintendent Torlakson in denouncing President Trump’s decision to suspend the federal Dream Act.

    The Tahoe Truckee Unified School District welcomes all students and families, regardless of their immigration status. TTUSD will continue to protect and support all of our students and their families and provide a safe, positive place for our students to learn, engage and have fun.
