- Requirement: Completion of Pre-Employment Clearance Paperwork (Provided by Human Resources)
- Requirement: LiveScan (Form Provided by Human Resources)
- Requirement: Tuberculosis Certification (Renewed Every 4 Years - Test Required Upon Intial Employment and Option for Test or Risk Assessment Every 4 Years)
- Requirement: Completion of Self-Certification Vaccination Form and Vaccine Card (Directions Provided by Human Resources)
- Requirement: Completion of I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification and Supporting Documents (Form and Directions Provided by Human Resources)
- Requirement: Completion of Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting, Sexual Harassment Course and Other Online Certification Courses Required for Your Employement (Annually and Upon Initial Employment Provided by Human Resources)
