    Local Plan:  A legal document that describes in detail how the special education local agency will implement special education laws and regulations within its jurisdiction.

    MD:  Multiple Disabilities
    OI:  Orthopedic Impairment
    OHI:  Other Health Impairment
    OT:  Occupational Therapy
    PT:  Physical Therapy
