All students -- Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade -- are eligible to participate in home-to-school transportation with the purchase of a bus pass.

The bus pass is a RFID (radio frequency ID) powered by Zonar that provides information to the transportation department to track and monitor student ridership in a safe and non-intrusive way.  To scan the RFID card, students must touch the card to the reader on the bus.  Information is then sent to secure website that tracks the time and location where the students get on or off the bus.

Bus Pass forms must be completed each year in order to purchase a bus pass. Students must be enrolled in a TTUSD school site.  Upon distribution of bus passes, all students must show and scan their pass when entering and exiting the bus.  There is a $10 fee to replace lost or damaged passes.  We are committed to supporting the safety of all students while riding the bus.  If your child has a medical condition that the bus driver should be aware of please indicate it on the application (ex. Hypoglycemia, Allergies, Diabetes, Asthma, Seizure Disorder etc.).

*Families must meet income eligibility requirements set by the federal government in order to qualify for a free or reduced bus pass.

Please remember that transportation will need a photo of all new students and incoming kindergartners.  Photos can be emailed in a jpg format to bp@ttusd.org, please put the student name in the subject line for easy identification.

**If you need to purchase a Bus Pass midway through the school year, and your child HAS NOT been riding the bus prior, you may qualify for a prorated bus pass.
