Mrs. López is a Truckee native. She was born and raised here and has chosen to raise her own daughters in this amazing community. Mrs. López received her BA from UC Berkeley and teaching credential from Sierra Nevada College. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Mrs. López has two daughters: Dominique - 14 and Alisa 11. They keep her very busy with soccer, baseball, basketball, dancing and nordic skiing. Mrs. López enjoys teaching because it gives her a daily opportunity to share her love for learning and also allows her to learn every day! She enjoys reading, hiking, running, dancing, playing soccer and traveling.
