Health Savings Account (HSA)
An HSA is a tax advantaged account that individuals with an HSA compatible high deductible health plan (HDHP) can fund and use to pay for qualified medical, dental and vision expenses. HSAs are the only benefit with a triple-tax advantage:
- Tax-free contributions.
- Tax-free account growth.
- Tax-free spending on HSA-qualified expenses.
