We’re excited to announce a new Volunteer Management System (VMS), through Be A Mentor, as we continue to find opportunities to make volunteering easier for families while maintaining student safety.
Below is information on the new system.
Why This Change?
Our new VMS simplifies the volunteer process while maintaining the highest student safety standards. It allows you to register for multiple locations, complete screenings, and track your volunteer activities in one location.
What You Need to Know:

Account Creation: All volunteers must create an account in the new VMS. Register Now!

Screening Requirements: Depending on the type of volunteer role you apply for, specific requirements will automatically populate in your user dashboard.

Badge System: Once registered, you will swipe your driver’s license or ID at the school office upon arrival. A name badge will be printed and must be worn during your time on campus.
