2026/27 School Bus Pass Application

Getting a bus pass is easy! Complete one online application for all Tahoe Truckee Unified School District schools.

After you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know it has been received.

Bus pass applications will begin processing in July. Once approved, your student's bus pass will be mailed directly to your home. 

Your student's primary bus stop will automatically be assigned based on the home address in Aeries. 

Please know your student's Aeries Student ID number to complete the application.

My Ride K-12 Parent App & Web Portal

Stay connected with your student's transportation by downloading the My Ride K-12 app or accessing the web portal.

With My Ride K-12, you can:

• View your student's assigned bus route and transportation information.

• Receive important transportation updates and notifications.

• Manage transportation information for multiple students in one account.

• Share your student's transportation information with another parent or guardian.

You will need:

• The district name: Tahoe Truckee Unified SD 

• Your student's Aeries Student ID number
