Optional Conditioning Training Schedule For Girls Soccer for January 2021.
January 19th, 21st, 26th and 28th @ ACMS from 3 to 4:30. Bring running shoes and your own ball, drink, poss. Snack for yourself.
Do not attend optional sessions if your sick or have been around people that are not feeling well.
All athletes will be trying out for varsity team regardless of current grade level. Tryouts will take place in February.
It will be a 12 game season, playing schools from the west region.
Please begin sharpening your fitness level, either on your own or by joining us for these optional sessions. Tryout dates and times will be provided in Feb. as the dates near.
Evaluations in Feb. will consist of:
Current fitness level, work rate
Ability to defend one on one
Players who look to combine
Mindset to compete
List of 7 or more ideas of why you want to be on the team
