    Home to School Transportation Update
Space is limited this school year. Please note that based on strict social distancing requirements outlined by the CDPH, there is very limited home to school transportation available this school year. Our district covers approximately 723 square miles and as a service to our families, we traditionally provide home to school transportation for our students. Once in-person instruction resumes in the 2020-2021 school year, for safety mitigation measures due to COVID-19, we have to significantly reduce the number of students on each bus. This means that we are only able to provide home/school transportation for our highest-need students which include special education (as required by federal law), homeless, foster youth, and low-income students.

    • 3/16/21 - The transportation department is currently in the planning process for transitioning our schools from hybrid to in-person instruction five days per week.  Unfortunately, we are not able to approve any additional bus riders at this time. We will still have limited home-to-school transportation available due to mitigation measures required because of COVID-19.  We are starting a waitlist for anyone interested in home-to-school transportation should space open up. Please email your request to bp@ttusd.org.
