Mrs. Jessica Keller

After graduating from Bethel University with a Bachelor’s Degree in K-8 Science Jessica Keller was hired by the St. Paul School District in Minnesota. After working in St. Paul for a year Jessica moved to rural Alaska. She spent nine years teaching in rural Alaskan villages. The villages were only accessible by airplanes year round, and barges in the summer. Mrs. Keller has been fortunate in her career to teach fourth through twelfth grade science, math, and reading. Science has always been her favorite subject to teach, because it seamlessly connects all of the content areas together. Jessica is "All But Dissertation" in pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership through Bethel University in St. Paul Minnesota. Her Master's Degree is in K-12 Education, and Bachelor's Degree was in K-8 Science Education. When Mrs. Keller is not in the classroom she enjoys being outdoors. Hiking, running, bird watching, and gardening are a few of her hobbies. She loves to read and is often reading several books at the same time. Reading is a vital skill and a critical way to model lifelong learning for students.
