Library Assistant

Mrs. Desler is originally from the Boston area. She moved to Tahoe City in 1995. Once her children reached school age, Charlene decided on a career change from banking to education. Her first experience with education was at Tahoe Lake Elementary. There she worked as an enhanced paraprofessional. She eventually moved on to become the librarian at North Tahoe School.
