I have been teaching at GES for 16 years. I have experience in grades 1,4, and 5, reading intervention, GATE, and Science. I love teaching the curriculum in fourth grade and having a focus on outdoor education. The students grow up so much during this year and they keep me laughing everyday!! I have lived in Truckee for 30 years and love this community. I have one son who graduated from Truckee Schools and is now an architect in the bay area. When I am not teaching I can be found gardening, kayaking, hiking and camping. My family and I also love to travel whenever possible.
