About Mrs. Jimenez: 
Hilary was born and raised in Tahoe Vista. After graduating from North Tahoe High School she went on to receive her BA from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with little intention in a career in education. After working in South Africa and Oakland in the animal welfare field, she discovered that she wanted to pursue a different path. She found her way to Boys and Girls Club of North Lake Tahoe and eventually to the TTUSD Wellness Program. She started with the Wellness Center in 2014 and feels fortunate to have been able to watch the program grow. As the Wellness Center Liaison, Hilary gets to interact with North Tahoe High students, helping them navigate the challenges they face. She lives in the Tahoe City area and enjoys walks with her Siberian Husky. Hilary is a crafting enthusiast and a book-lover.
