Know Your Rights
Every student is entitled to learn and grow in a safe and supportive environment. In California, public school students have rights to protect their ability to access their education. These rights can protect you in different ways from keeping you safe against bullying to ensuring you have access to resources at school.
At TTUSD, we take student well-being very seriously. The following pages are designed to empower you with information about your rights. On the following pages, you'll find resources to understand bullying and harassment, how to identify these behaviors, and the clear steps you can take to file a complaint if you experience them. We believe that a strong understanding of your rights is crucial in creating a positive school climate for everyone.
