Parent data confirmation is now open in the Aeries Student Information portal. All families must complete this process before the school year begins to make sure we have the most up-to-date information.

Completing data confirmation may also qualify your family for additional benefits.

Need Help? Join Our Summer Parent Workshops!

We know navigating online forms can sometimes be challenging. That's why we're offering four Summer Parent Workshops where our multilingual staff will be available to provide in-person assistance with:

• Parent data confirmation
• Free and reduced meal applications 
  • Breakfast and lunch are free for all students, but applying can unlock other benefits!
• Bus information
• Volunteer sign-ups and fingerprinting (please bring a valid U.S. ID if interested)

• Thursday, July 16, 2026 | Kings Beach Elementary | 3 pm to 7 pm
• Tuesday, August 4, 2026 | Truckee Elementary | 3 pm to 7 pm
• Wednesday, August 5, 2026 | Kings Beach Elementary | 3 pm to 7 pm

We'll have Chromebooks available, along with supervised activities for children. Each attending student will also receive a free book, courtesy of our partners at Excellence in Education!

Important Note about Free and Reduced Meals

While all student meals are free, we encourage families to fill out the Free and Reduced Meal Application. Qualifying can unlock significant benefits, such as waived or reduced fees for AP exams and college applications, sponsorship opportunities, free after-school and summer care programs, and Sunbucks Summer CalFresh EBT food cards.
