Families and staff received an email on January 27, 2026, with information about a new state requirement (SB 98) that broadens our ability to communicate with our community if we were to ever have immigration activity on one of our campuses. 

We do not have any reason to believe that ICE agents will come to our campuses, and the likelihood is very low. Our goal is simply to provide accurate information in real-time, eliminate rumors, and help our community stay calm.
